Jag was an absolute professional to work with. Right from the initial interview to completing the paperwork, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Under his leadership, we had multiple offers within the first 2 days of listing; and Jag ensured that we explored each offer from a holistic perspective. Real estate transactions, based on the financial price tags can stretch out beyond the norms, but Jag made the whole process very seamless and used Digital technology to speed things up. As stressful as it became with trying to find the perfect home at the right price, Jag remained patient and never gave up. He shared his thoughts when requested and was never pushy. My advice to all prospective sellers or buyers - call Jag first! That phone call will change your life and you would not be disappointed!

We worked with Aman Khattra! Amazing realtor. He was extremely patient with us as my wife and I had some differences in opinion. We took our time buying a house because we were picky and Aman kept coming out to our appointments with a positive and warm outlook. He even came out at 9pm with us and early in the mornings as well to look at properties. We found our perfect home and paid a great price. I can’t say enough about Aman! Really great person and Realtor! I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for a home. We never felt pressured and his advice was really great.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We both worked with Jag and Jatin; Jag on the selling and Jatin on the buying side. However, they were both very receptive with inquiries and in replying messages regardless if its selling or buying concerns.. Truly knowledgeable in the field of realty and we could not thank them enough for a job well done. We viewed one house and we felt the connection. I told Jatin to make it happen for us and he did.. with negotiated price and some extras. Jag sold our house in 2 days over asking. He provided us with everything from staging to ensuring that people who comes to view the house will have mask, gloves and even foot socks. Our anxiety level in selling in this Covid times were low as we were assured. Everything was explained to us in details, timely advise, comparisons in our area. We used whatsapp for messaging and zoom on important meetings and I tell you, Jag always presented in a very organized manner. We were never felt rushed nor forced.Jag and Jatin are both soft-spoken and very respectful too. We could not imagine dealing with somebody else but them. True professionals and does things way above and beyond! Not to mention, they made us feel like family and we really felt the sincerity. At present, they are trying to arrange an early closing date for us as we requested. As we all know buying first home is always stressful but Jagdeep has made it very easy for us. We had so many doubts and he was there every time to clear our doubts. Bhanu was amazing and took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with all elements of my purchase. I was impressed by his knowledge but most impressed by his honesty.
