Samantha did a great job for my family during the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. For the sale of our house, the pictures were awesome and she helped us price the house well. It sold quickly at a price we were very happy with. On the buying side, she helped us negotiate a good price on the house and her recommended home inspector found water damage in the basement for us. We brought in a foundation expert who diagnosed the problem and Samantha helped us renegotiate the transaction. We are very happy with how she handled everything!
