Beside emailing me the appropriate houses and property's she would call ( I live in Alberta ) to disgus property's which she thought would be very interesting for me because they meet at least 90% of the craterias I was looking for. <p>Joanne Pappin is a very personable agent extremely easy to communicate with. She listened to my needs and multiple questions, as i had a lot of them and answered them all, if she didn't know something she found out and got back to me right away. Joanne made herself available to me and allowed me the time it takes to find the right house. As anyone knows buying a new home can take time to find the right one and having an agent that makes you feel important and no pressure makes the process much easier. Thanks Joanne</p>

<p>This was my first experience selling a home. It was my mother's and was located in a community other than where I lived. When I met Lisa Salt she was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can honestly rate her efforts on my behalf as a "5" in all categories. She arranged for all the documents to be signed electronically, she promptly returned all my calls, I got regular reports and she was just pleasant and professional. I honestly would recommend Lisa and the Salt Fowler team to anyone in the Vernon area. It was a most satisfactory business arrangement.</p>

<p>Alex and his assistant, Tanya, were very nice to work with. Always punctual, always professional. They both are very hard working and have a lot of integrity, in my opinion. He warned me off a few properties that he knew were dogs, and never pushed or insisted that I move in a certain direction.</p> <p>We were long-distance buyers, which complicated things quite a bit. Alex had to work harder for us than for some of his clients, I'm sure, but he never let that stop him from doing a good job. Alex also has referred contractors to us that may be able to help us with a few changes to the property. He helped me screen properties that I was unable to view, except on the computer, and when we came to town to look at some properties, he even showed up to meet us in person on the day his new daughter was born! My partner and I have much respect for him as person and as a professional.</p>
