Christie was an excellent fit for us. Our daughter and son-in-law had used her to buy property in July. Christie knows the area well and was able to show us houses all around Vernon with lots of good input! She was always prompt to our appts and was always able to get us into showings at our convenience. She never once rushed us through our viewings, even though some days we were seeing quite a few in that day. If we inquired about anything regarding a property or the one we purchased and she did not know the answer at the time, she immediately got back to us with the information requested.

<p>Selling a home at anytime can be stressful. But when you add a marriage breakup and COVID-19 it really adds to the stress level. Especially with a heart condition.</p> <p>Just thankful, the sale went quickly.</p>

If I could give Joanne Borowsky more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Joanne made sure that we were given a great education on the different areas Vernon had to offer. After each showing, she would always ask us what we thought about the house, and would adjust future showing accordingly. It was refreshing to have an agent who cares about you and wants to see you in a house you are happy with. During the subject removal, Joanne made sure our interests were always front and centre, especially with some unrealistic demands by the sellers. Furthermore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unsure whether the bank would approve financing in a timely manner. Joanne worked closely with the bank and appraiser to see the deal through to completion. Throughout the entire process, I came to trust Joanne's advice and opinions implicitly. It was always comforting to know that despite a rocky process, I could always count on Joanne to have the answers and that she would get things done. I would thoroughly recommend anyone using Joanne Borowsky and the ReMAX Salt Fowler team for any of your real estate needs.
