I chose to have Ryan list my home for sale after previously having worked with her for a couple of years. She is always super cheerful, organized, and honest. These are exactly the things you should be looking for in a realtor. She negotiated on my behalf for a quick sale and got me exactly what I was looking to get for my home when it sold. Her market evaluation of my property was in the right ballpark as well which was a relief because the last thing you want is to list your home for less than it should actually be worth in the current market. Ryan is awesome! It was a pleasure getting to work with her in a personal capacity!

We bought this property 20 years ago. 7 years ago my husband passed away and I no longer visit this property, so decided to sell. Christie was more than happy to list and sell it for me.
