A real estate legend: Gord Heighton of Vernon, BC. We honestly cannot sing his praises in one small review. Gord helped us purchase our first home. He is knowledgeable of every house on the market and clearly stays on top of his research. He recommended we look at a variety of options to narrow down what we were looking for, while wholeheartedly finding us the best fit. He was exceptional at answering our questions and finding the answers we needed about homes we were interested in. We had a ton of fun looking at properties with him. He was open and honest about work that may need to be done and approached us with zero pressure. Best of all he negotiated us a great price AND even helped us unpack some boxes when he delivered the keys! He went above and beyond what we anticipated. You rock Gord!
