She was very knowledgeable and used excellent communication and marketing techniques. Sally was pro-active and always available for questions. Easy to work with, she helped us with every aspect of selling our home in a short time frame to our great satisfaction. After having had no success trying to sell the house ourselves we initially chose Sally to assist us because she was genuine, sincere and very knowledgeable about the market. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. She kept us well informed along the way and was prompt at returning our calls. She exceeded our expectations and was effective in helping us obtain top dollar for our home in a very difficult market. We would definitely use her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family.

Nothing bugs me more than when you are not responded to in a timely manner, especially a real estate agent!
