Ryan is stellar!! Outstanding knowledge of area and market. We were constantly getting emails on new listings. He took the time to speak with us and listened to our ideas on properties. He went to view/show us a property of interest and FaceTimed us halfway across the country. He was patient with us as our wants/needs changed along the way.(city vs country/ larger home/smaller home) There was never a push or rush from him. It was our patience that prevailed in the end as we found the absolute, most perfect house & property that fits all our family’s needs and wants. It is our forever home. We are grateful. All of this was done throughout the biggest surge in demand and lack of inventory the island has seen in years. Great job Ryan!! I can highly recommend Ryan as an agent! He’s made our family very happy.

Coming from out of town, I had a limited timeline to view properties across the greater Victoria area... Ryan made himself available and made sure I was able to view every property I wanted to. The home I ended up with, we were able to get before it hit the market. Ryan called the seller to ensure we were the first to view, we put in a conditional offer, under asking - viewed the property the morning of listing day, Ryan had a home inspector arrive same day to do a full inspection - we went firm an hour later. We managed to get the home just under asking, while avoiding any bidding war. Very pleased. He listened to my feedback when viewing other property's and secured the one I wanted with ease.

Ryan has been top notch throughout the entire buying process. We were first time buyers and he has walked us through all of the steps patiently and thoroughly. His knowledge of the city was great and loved his process of giving us lists of comparables in the area. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional, while still being personable and honest. I'd whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.

Ryan was always professional from the start. He knew what price to put the house on the market for and it had four offers in 4.5 days. With in two weeks of listing and removal of subjects the house was sold fast. He was wonderful at coordinating between viewings and the existing tenants. If you want a realtor that delivers and will work for you then Ryan Fach and the Neal Estate Team would be my first choice.
