Ryan was an exceptional agent and very helpful throughout the entire process. Selling a house in the pandemic was already a nerve-wracking prospect, but he helped move the process along smoothly. He and his wife make a great team, and were very skilled in getting everything arranged to ensure the property’s marketability. Ryan especially has great skill in developing rapport with tenants, which was essential in selling a rented property. At times when things became difficult and it looked like the deal might not go through, Ryan remained level-headed and helped us make strategic decisions that salvaged the negotiations.
