Ryan sold my rental property for me this year, as i was worried in a market that is not on the sellers side that it would not sell and if it did there would be offers way below market value. Ryan came in he priced it right, an offer was made and the buyers were very difficult in wanting this and that. Ryan did an excellent job in negotiating to make the sale.

Ryan is a knowledgeable and professional agent. He caters to your needs and communicates in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team for all your real estate needs.

His presentation of our residence in our opinion second to none. The brochure's compiled were also of the highest quality and factual.
