Ryan and his team were very friendly, professional, and hard workers. Weekly emails and phone calls kept us in the loop and were great. Ryan and his team put in a lot of effort with their open houses, showings and videos. The video that was done was outstanding. Almost thought it wasn't our house. He also did mega amounts of advertising. They did this for 8 months never giving up in the downturned market.

Attentive, well spoken, energetic and driven to help us get out house sold and into what we needed for our future. We received more money than Ryan showed us as fair market value and created a wonderful brochure to get it sold. Found us a new home where we wanted and for a reasonable price.

Ryan did a good job of selling my condo in a difficult market. He always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had and took the time to fully explain things to me. Ryan was knowledgeable and assisted with decisions in getting my condo ready to list. Ryan kept me informed all through the process and was able to recommend a lawyer to close the deal.
