Ross helped me get a rented apartment in 2020. We still are staying in the same apartment. However our landlord has sold the property. We conveyed our situation to him and the reason that we would like to continue the lease with the new owner if feasible. Ross, is not only a true professional but he went his way out to help us get the lease continued.
