This was our first time selling with Rosanna and her team and the second time buying, and as with our first dealings we were extremely pleased with the services and level of professionalism that they provided. We had listed our home three (3) days prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Having a newborn we were concerned about having showings with the uncertainty surrounding the virus. However, Rosanna and her team took our needs into consideration and worked with us to temporarily suspend our listing until we felt comfortable, without ever pressuring us to re-activate our listing. Once listed we were provided with ample notice for showings, detailed feedback and sound advice through the sale and negotiation process. With respect to the purchase of our future home, Rosanna created a property search for us and on multiple occasions, reached out to ensure it was still meeting our needs. Our requests to view properties were promptly met which was essential to securing a deal in what became a very competitive buyers market. Rosanna's negotiation skills were again integral to completing the purchase of our new home as she helped to set expectations and provided excellent advice/scenarios which we used to make our counters. Despite her having helped us find our dream home, if the need arose in the future, I would without question call Rosanna and the Fischer Team for our future real estate needs.
