Outstanding communication, very professional and holds strong ethics. I was very impressed with her understanding of professional conduct and ethics that she works by in the course the selling process. She dealt with responses to prospective buyers quickly by checking back with me or the Strata Management Company thereby always getting the information back to the potential buyer. Was always responsive and willing to listen then carry out my requests while at the same time offering suggestions and advice for my consideration. I never felt I was not listened to. I was able to give full trust and faith that she would deliver a sale and that she did. Lynnell has a sharp eye for detail and did offer staging suggestions and best of all she arranged for videos, photos and fabulous presentations of my home. I even kept a brochure for a souvenir as they were very professionally done and a nice keepsake for me. I would and will most certainly recommend Lynnell and the Ron Neal Estate company to anyone I know is in the market. I met a couple of the other realtors from this company as well and thumbs up for them as well. I feel you could not go wrong with this very customer orientated company.
