Rocky has been very accommodating and receptive in finding our dream house. He is also very prompt in communicating with us and was always on top of everything. He was very patient and eager to help us in every possible way he can. He goes above and beyond in helping us find the best house for our family. He also gives a lot if input on how to choose a good house as well as giving tips and advices with all the processes in buying a new home. My family and I would highly recommend Rocky as an excellent Realtor for all the hard work and professionalism he had rendered for us. We are very excited and happy to live in our new home.

As our experienced with Rocky, me and my husband are happy having him as our Realtor he is very professional, understanding, patient. He helped us to find a broker first for the free approval so that you will know how much money you approve for mortgage, so that is easy for to find a house that will fit for your budget. He helped us to find different houses that we want to checked even in his busy schedule he find a way to meet you on that day and on that time. He so flexible in time you need him. He also advised you of what you gonna do next until you can move into your new home. He helped us also to asked information one of the schools closed that area and where our location is and he helped us walk around the neighbourhood and how to take public transportation on the area.

We felt very well cared for and felt that we (my family) are his only client, he was always there when we needed him.
