Being out of province sellers, it was our good fortune to select Rob Jastrzebski as our Realtor. Rob was very courteous, professional and helpful with the selling process. He explained the step by step marketing plan, the state of Real Estate all across Canada, more specifically the Edmonton area making us aware of the housing market. The set dates for each process was net as he promised. He gave us very good advice on how to prepare our house to sell. He is well up to date with the technology, marketing and years of experience in the real estate field. There was no problem being out of province sellers, he kept us up to date every step of the way. Rob was very helpful when it came to contractors, lawyers and other facilities we needed along the way. He made what we thought was going to be a difficult situation a great experience. We had no problems because of Rob’s professionalism. Based on his performance, we would not hesitate to use his services again. We appreciate everything Rob did for us! There are plenty of outstanding things that Rob did for us as our realtor. He absolutely exceeded our expectations with his negotiations and his knowledge with all the processes behind selling and buying a home. We can't thank him enough for all the tips he provided us, especially with the selling of our home. We were able to sell for much more than what we initially anticipated, and that was definitely through the help of Rob. He was always available to us and his efforts in supporting us through this difficult life transition was very noticeable. His ability to negotiate with other realtor's was incredible. He knows when a house is priced too high and is not afraid to push for what is right for his clients. We will 100% use Rob again in the future, if we ever decide to sell our beautiful new home!

Rob was an excellent realtor to help me search for my first home. I contacted Rob after hearing a recommendation from a colleague. He was extremely informative about the entire process and I felt supported in each step of the process. Rob was also patient and respected my boundaries when I paused my search, so I felt very comfortable reaching out when I was ready to look again! My family and I are very fortunate to have worked with Rob.

As a remote buyer Rob kept us abreast of market conditions and when it came time to negotiate he shined even brighter helping us secure our home. He also pointed out items in the home that i would never have noticed that would be intriguing to a prospective future buyer. Would recommend Rob as he is fair and caring but when push comes to shove a pittbull on our behalf helping us navigate the buying process.

Rob was very helpful with helping find houses to look at. He is very enthusiastic and ready to help with searching for a home for us. He helped us purchase a home in Spruce Grove August 2022.

I needed to find a place for my son to live while attending medical school in Edmonton and had no real estate connections in the area. After meeting half a dozen agents it became clear to me that Rob was someone I could work with. He was a wealth of knowledge whether you were buying a condo or a house. He listened to my needs and concerns and provided great information. Additionally, he also has a strong network of condominium document reviewers, home inspectors, and legal support that provided outstanding service. He was not in a rush to sell me a property; rather, he ensured I found the best fit for my property needs (all of the third parties he works with were reasonably priced and their services steered me away from a couple of risky properties). At every step of the process, I felt he put my interests first. Just outstanding service and a pleasure to work with!
