So couple of months back when we were able to qualify for a mortgage, we messaged Rob again, and trust me, he and his team are a one-stop shop for your house purchase plus renovation needs, irrespective of your budget and weird requests (like us). We could find what we were looking for in a couple of weeks, and he and his team provided us all the information and tools required to make a decision.
