The housing market was so hot when we decided to move from BC to Edmonton that homes were getting multiple offers upon 1-3 days of being listed. This made the process of buying a home while still living in BC extremely stressful. After doing a virtual tour of a place we liked, we usually would not even have 24 hours to think about the decision before multiple other offers were put on the table. Robert was extremely helpful during the process by providing us with a thorough understanding of how the housing market was behaving. He helped us navigate the difficult conditions and helped make the process less stressful. Robert provided experience and expertise to help us win out against 4 other offers for the place we ended up getting. We never got to see the place in person, but it ended up working out nonetheless.
