We recently sold our home with Rob, and it was by far the best real estate experience we’ve had - and we’ve bought and sold many properties in different markets and situations over the years. From the beginning, Rob was incredibly responsive, proactive, organized, and easy to reach. His communication was always clear, professional, and friendly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. His listing strategy was excellent and helped us maximize our selling price while still achieving our goal of a quick and low-stress sale. We were thrilled to accept a full-price offer after two days on the market, and even during the conditional period he kept drumming up interest from other buyers in case the conditions didn't go through. We also really appreciated how calm and steady he remained during a couple of stressful moments with the buyers. Rather than creating pressure, he walked us through our options honestly and empowered us to make the decisions we were comfortable with. What really set Rob apart for us was how much he genuinely cared about the overall experience, not just the transaction itself. We had already moved out of town before closing, and he went above and beyond by coordinating inspections, keeping an eye on our vacant house, getting the lawn mowed, and even forwarding our mail. Those small touches gave us tremendous peace of mind and made us feel genuinely cared for.
