Rick was awesome throughout the transition. We found him very passionate about his work. Never hesitate to arrange meeting on short notice. Has a keen knowledge of market and understand our needs. We almost go through 35 to 40 different properties before finalizing the one, which took more than a year and we found him with the same energy level, the bonus we got is the property with all the facilities, nice view, and privacy what we are looking for and in our budget too. I would definitely work with Rick in future and also strongly recommend him. Really appreciate his efforts and time. Thank you.
