I met and worked with Rich during circumstances and a time that was challenging and difficult for me. From the first moment we met he was compassionate, kind, non-judgemental, and professional, ... and maintained that throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable and explained the procedures involved in listing the property. He was understanding and respectful of my family's needs when scheduling showings.
