Richard went above and beyond to meet the (very) specific needs of our family within a short timeframe. We met over 20 real estate agents during this time and the only one that managed to form a relationship with us was Richard. He is honest, authentic, genuine, and kind. He clearly made a point of building a trusting relationship with us (our teenagers adore him)! He shared all of his invaluable knowledge as he got to know us and knew exactly where we’d be our happiest. He provided us so many contacts and was always available to show us anywhere or answer anything. I’d absolutely recommend him to anybody who is looking for somebody who will find them somewhere with meaning…. If you’re looking for home and not just a house, Richard is the Realtor for you! We will absolutely keep in touch and go fishing (that’s when you know it’s a job well done). You won’t find a better man!
