I landed an accepted offer in Squamish (below asking) on my next home, and Rich gave me the push I needed to prepare my Pemberton property for sale and get it on the market as quickly as possible. The strategy paid off, and my Pemberton place had an accepted offer (just 1.5% below my asking price) within a week. At the last minute, the Squamish seller received a competing offer and invoked their 48-hour clause, giving me just the weekend to lift my final condition and close my Pemberton sale. Rich was able to connect with the Pemberton buyer and their agent, communicating the urgency and deadline I was under. With great working relationships and contacts in the realto community, Rich managed to make it all come together with less than a day to spare, and I'm now moving into my dream Squamish home next month! Rich went above and beyond on both the buy and sell ends of my move and I would happily have him represent me again in the future.
