Prior to using Riccardo's team, we had 3 other realtors contracted to the sell a duplex rental property on our behalf. We had the property on the market for a lengthy period of time with several sale renewal periods. I was not happy with the lack of activity our property was receiving. In November 2019, prior to Covid-19 protocol restrictions, we agreed to engage Riccardo as our agent. Riccardo’s team helped us buy our first home. They explained the process in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process.
