Katharine and Riccardo were great. They were patient and thorough in helping us find a place we really liked, and really took our input into consideration with each house they chose for us to see. They were helpful throughout the entire process and always ensured us to call if we had any questions. If I ever had to move again or had a friend looking for a place I would definitely recommend the both of them.

It was an absolutely pleasure working with Riccardo and Sam from Riccardo's Home Team. From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and consummate professionals. Things were always transparent and explained clearly, and they really listened to what we wanted in a home, and then showed us houses that matched our criteria and price range.
