I recommend Riccardo 100%. He went above and beyond in ensuring we understood the process in our recent house purchase. He was efficient in arranging viewings and patient in answering all our questions. He offered his expert advice when needed, ensuring our best interests were met and did so in easy to understand language. From prior experience we know how stressful a house purchase can be but Riccardo has proven that this need not be the case. In short we felt like we had an expert partner by our side throughout the whole process. I wont use any other realtor!

We had an excellent experience, finding our home in Lethbridge. A lot of the initial work had to be done remotely and Riccardo and Sam were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. When we did visit, it was for a short period of time and we were very impressed with the organization by Riccardo’s team to ensure that we saw all of the houses we wanted to in both an efficient and highly thoughtful way. During the house visits we were working with Sam and we were incredibly impressed at how quickly he picked up on the types of houses we were interested in and by his attention to details that mattered to us.
