Rhonda was fantastic as always. Professional and super easy to work with, she brought much added value to the process. The staging tips were very valuable to quickly produce a great deal of interest and a quick sale.

I was blessed when Rhonda Roe was recommended to me .. I was POA/Executor of my best friend's estate which included her home in Capilano Park. Rhonda was very familiar with this park and the value of the properties. She was able to guide me through the processes, meeting with me in my hotel and/or the property and kept in constant touch with me when I had to return home. I was able to sign documents via DocuSign which saved me from having to ferry back and forth to the mainland. Her photographer showed the property beautifully. Once probate had been issued Rhonda wasted no time in effecting a sale of the property with little countering on the asking price. If I lived in Vancouver, Rhonda would be my choice as a real estate agent to sell my home. She is the best real estate agent I have dealt with in the past 50 years. I can't thank her enough for getting me through the process.
