Rhonda’s knowledge of our area and assistance with pricing was second to none. She has very strong connections with other realtors and prospective buyers. I have only positive things to relate about the sale. I think Rhonda’s excellence really was displayed during the purchase of our new home. She got to know us and our needs by spending time with us. We had looked at a few homes we had found on our own but when Rhonda called to say she had the perfect home us to view we knew it would be great. On our arrival we knew she had found exactly what we wanted. The purchase went very well and we could not be happier. I can honestly say she cares about her clients and treats everyone like they are family. She had our best interests in mind through the entire process and I can with complete confidence recommend her to our friends and family. We met a realtor and gained a new friend in this process.

Rhonda is not pushy and gives sound advice on staging, prepping, and negotiating the deal. We were well informed about the showing and she coordinated and kept us updated on realtime when showings were late. We have been given enough information to be ready for closing without rushing anything at the last minute.
