Aside from her intimate knowledge of the local market, her experience and attention to detail with regard to Covid-19 precautions was second to none. The most important thing is she brought results! Our house sold close to asking price in very short order. Definitely worth the commission fees in a slow local market. We would use her again if the opportunity presents itself.
