Both Akanksha and Gyanesh were fully and easily accessible at all the times and made themselves available whenever we needed. They showed us many properties. They were promt and extremely knowledgeable. They understood our requirements and always gave their honest feedback. Once we found the property we feel in love with, Gyanesh was able to get the sellers' agent to meet at the property the same day and they made personal presentation of our offer. With his help and terrific negotiation skills they accepted our offer under the asking price and we closed the deal that same day. If it wasn't for them we still may be renting. And it didn't end there. Gyanesh was very resourceful and helped us find a lawyer too. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.</p>
