We worked with Aakansha twice, first for renting a house and then purchasing. It was a pleasure working with her, she took the time to understand our needs, showed us properties that match our taste and good neighbourhood. She is always willing to pick us up and take around to show houses. When the time to purchase came, being new to Toronto she showed us properties right from Oakville to Pickering. And one we decided on the house, Mr Gayanesh also stepped in to help with negotiation. and arranged for a meeting with the seller 9pm at night. He ensured that we got the property within our range, and by 10PM we had the deal. Both Aakansh and Mr. Gyanesh went out of their way to ensure we got the house we liked.

It was a good experience and Gyanesh helped to get us Condo in our expected time.We got the unit which we asked. The analysis done on the prices was great.

We were introduced to Team Paliwal through a mutual friend of ours, when we were looking to purchase our first home. Our son was just 2 months old and we had less than 3 months to vacate the current place. We toured a lot of homes with many different features across Mississauga/Brampton. Gyanesh and Anshu were patient and helpful throughout the whole process of viewing many properties, They always made sure that all visits were scheduled so that we had to spend less time travelling with our son. They went above and beyond several times to point out the less than positive details about the places we were looking at that we failed to notice. In the end ,we bought a house in Brampton which seems to us the right place that we will be happy in for years to come and we paid a fair price which was well within our budget. They were also very helpful in guiding us through the process of closing. We would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

Having the opportunity to meet Gyanesh was a blessing. He not once pressurized us on taking a decision. He was always very polite and understanding and gave us the freedom to decide what we wanted. Even when we had a change of plans and decided to go with a different budget, he was happy to help us. He had the same enthusiasm throughout and was always available when we needed help.

He was very prompt and punctual and very knowledgeable. The best part was he has tremendous patience to show us many many houses and helped us find the ultimate one - our Dream Home.
