Akanksha Paliwal was very organized with house viewings and gave us instant feedback on our house selections, even during late hours. The team guided us throughout the negotiation offer and helped us close the deal at a fair price. The market was really hot during our house search, so we would have appreciated being added to the Collab Tool right away as a lot of our selected houses were sold conditionally on the same day of listing even before we could take a look. We had already done our fair share of market research and the type of house we were looking for before signing with a realtor.
