This will be the 4th time we have used Rebecca April to purchase or sell a property. We have always found her to be a very proactive real estate agent. She will do whatever can be done to get you what you want or need (information, paperwork, price or even assisting with tenants) without delay. Rebecca is energetic, knowledgeable and attentive; she listens carefully and never pressures you to do anything you are not prepared to do. She seems to always be available although I know she is very busy. We would use her professional help again without hesitation!

How can one say more than "outstanding" in every way? Rebecca has helped us over the past 2 years to find our new home that is a perfect "fit" for us. She provided us with a wide range of places, locations, and prices and ultimately assisted us "from afar" to check out the house we are purchasing. The most impressive characteristic of Rebecca is that she is extremely organized and efficient and attends to matters without putting them aside or delaying them. This was critically important for us, as we were co-ordinating our purchase with the sale of our present home. Rebecca will be our only referral in the Okanagan area.

I was looking to buy a condo in Kelowna for my son going to UBCO. I did not know any realtors in Kelowna and came by Rebecca's name by chance and I am very happy that I did. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Kelowna market. She was able to focus on the specific properties that fit what was I looking for and was very timely with updates and in all of our communication. I would highly recommend Rebecca.

In short, Rebecca was amazing! From day one Rebecca was professional, kind and responsive.
