We decided to move to a Kelowna having never been to the city before and not knowing anyone. We selected Rebecca to be our realtor because her reviews online were outstanding. We gave Rebecca our price range and our house purchasing criteria was a “golf course community”. Rebecca was very accommodating and willingly showed us homes in different golf communities located all over Kelowna/West Kelowna. At one point we drove 45 minutes to view a property then had to drive back to view another one. Rebecca made sure we had enough time to view anything we wanted to see and gave us insight into properties and locations. When we settled on a new build Rebecca was there to aid in the process and ensured that all the details and decisions that must be made were to our liking. She offered advice on current housing trends in the area and ensured the developer completed the paperwork correctly. When we wanted to add to and/or change the plans for the home we selected Rebecca advocated for us to ensure were got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Rebecca April as a Realtor!

I needed a realtor in the Okanagan and I was referred to Rebecca by a realtor that I knew in the Lower Mainland. It was a bit of a risk, but I had nothing to worry about. It was my first time selling a house and I really knew nothing about the process. Rebecca was very professional and knowledgeable and supported me through the whole process. She was always quick to return any questions I had and also to contact me with any updates regarding my listing. It was great to have Becky work with my uncle on the sale of his house. My uncle was able to relax and not worry about anything. Rebecca April is amazing. She never once told us we were being to picky or not being realistic on what we wanted in our home. She always answered the phone or text, kept us in the loop on what was available and if it wasn't why. This is the second time we have worked with Rebecca, and if she is still doing it, in the next 25 years when we are ready to down size. She will be the one to call. She knows her stuff, and you will be lucky to have her.
