Rebecca went above and beyond when representing me on the sale of my home. She was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She went above and beyond, breaking down priorities for getting the house sellable and even helping me work through tasks when I became overwhelmed. It only took one day for my house to sell and it was a full asking price offer! She was right on the 'money' when it came to knowing what the market value of my house and was always available for me. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. She truly cares for her clients and gives 500%.

I had a great experience in purchasing a house with Rebecca and her team as my realty company. I had previously hunted for a house for 5 months in 2022 unsuccessfully, and had decided to search anew with different representation in 2023, when I was then referred to Christy. Ending up working with Rebecca was truly kismet. Her approachability, compassion, attentiveness, strength of communication, patience, accessibility, and ambition in finding me the 'perfect' home was instrumental in my coping with a personally stressful experience, and an extremely busy time in my life. She endlessly offered to alleviate my burden by doing research on properties and vetting them before me, contacting others on my behalf, seeking answers to even my most tedious of questions, advocating for me, and even extending her support and accompaniment at stages of the purchasing process where it isn't traditionally required or expected. She drew upon the wealth of knowledge and industry experience at her disposal through her team, to provide me with valuable insight and information along the way, while demonstrating a keenness to learn from our shared experience. I always felt heard and understood, respected and valued, first as an individual, and second as a client—which should tell you everything you need to know about how much of a privilege it was to have worked with her. After 4 months of searching, I finally found an incredible house with which I am very happy.
