RD is amazing! She has an amazing work ethic and is friendly, kind, and empathetic. She is so down to earth and just tells it like it is. Which I am so appreciative of! She’s amazing for first time home buyers and experienced home owners alike. We have gone back to RD again and again and recommend her to everyone we know! She sold our condo in a couple of days at over asking price. And I’m confident it’s because of the extra work she did on the details of helping us figure out how to stage our home, getting amazing photos, and a ground plan, helping us get repairs done that the condo needed, and even door knocking our entire building to let them know our unit was for sale and to invite them to the open house and to tell their friends! She thinks of everything! Then when we were shopping for our new home, she was tireless! We really wanted to stay in New West and she helped us find the only condo that ticked all our boxes! Since then she’s helped my brother buy his first condo, our friends sell their condo and upgrade to a townhouse, and then they recommend RD to a coworker. Everyone I know who has worked with RD has been so happy and grateful for her knowledge and support. She knows so much about the market and how to get what you need. I go to her advice or information all the time even though I’m not an active client of hers and she’s so gracious and helpful! I can’t recommend RD enough.
