Rani is the Best Real Estate Agent in NS! Whether you have lived all your life in Nova Scotia (NS) or you recently moved here, Rani is the real estate agent for you! Rani helped me found the perfect home for my family and because I was moving from a different province, he had most of the responsibilities in finding the right place and making sure it checked all my boxes. He is very personal and has excellent social skills. First, he made sure to ask me all the right questions to get to know me, my needs, and what I like. Then, he screened all available listings to check for potential viable options. Then, he presented to me the listings that matched my search criteria by including all relevant details - he did not miss anything! He helped me find the right inspector and lawyer because I did not now anyone in NS, and was also present with me during the inspection. During my visit, he came to pick me up and drove me to different places - he was absolutely lovely. What I liked most about Rani was that he truly worked to safeguard my interests - he presented to me the pros and cons about each listing regardless of what I liked. His performance was outstanding! If you are worried about finding a competent and friendly real estate agent that has your back, look no further!
