This is not a pre purchased google review, this is real experience with Raman, I have been using another relator for over 20 years, that realtor has been in business over 40 years , we were very confident that agent will be able to sell/rent single home , which is very good condition. The house was on market for some time with no movement, we lost the rent about 3500 monthly and the bank payment close to 4 per month. Then we decided to change, and we signed up the Raman. His passion speaks and in short - he got the house rented in Less than 2 weeks , Yes less than 2 weeks. So moving forward , we will only be using his services. If you are planning to Rent or sell or buy , would highly recommend to have no obligation meeting with him in person (not just on phone), rest you will feel by yourself. We had a great overall experience working with Ramandeep for selling our single detached house. Despite the very challenging market situation he was able to get us offers which were OVER ASKING and closed the deal within a week of us listing the house. Few of the houses on our street equivalent to our house were sold at much lower price. He helped stage the house with help of his dedicated stagers who did a great job in getting right things in place to make the house look beautiful and ready for showings. Using his contacts he was able to arrange anything needed to get the house ready ahead of listing. He had answer to all our queries and addressed them with great patience. Using his contacts and references we bought another house in Toronto which shows his excellent networking skills which go beyond Ottawa region. This is hallmark of a great Real Estate Agent.
