We are so happy to have connected with Rachel when selling our home. She met with us right away and shared her expertise for the neighbourhood, market, staging and listing process. She answered all of our questions and was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable with the process. She came and personally staged our home, making sure that everything was perfect, down to the smallest of details. Throughout the process we truly felt that she was invested in our listing. We listed our house on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday it had sold for far over asking. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an agent!

Rachel and Dave were fantastic! They helped us buy a new home, and sell our old one. We were downsizing with the goal of wiping out our mortgage, so our required buy and sell values were very static.
