I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences with Rachel Paquette. As a homebuyer with little knowledge about how to find the right place, I knew instantly that Rachel was was the one for me. She is honest and hands-on always helping to take the pressure off of a very nerve wracking time. Rachel has a great knowledge of the surrounding area and as I looked through homes, I never felt forced to make an offer. When I finally found the "one" Rachel walked me through every step of the way. All throughout the negotiations and closing Rachel was always there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. I have had several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and I always recommend Rachel to them!

When my husband (fiance at the time) and I were looking to buy a new home I didn’t consider anyone else. Rachel did an amazing job helping me sell and buy my previous home so she was our obvious first choice. Once we found our forever home and signed the paperwork, she worked with us to put our houses on the market. She helped us to price our homes competitively, offered suggestions to add value and implemented staging ideas. Additionally, she kept us up to date about all showings and potential buyers. Rachel doesn’t fool around and is an excellent representative for any home buyer or seller. She is up front with her clients and is respectful of their privacy. She will work to get you the best price for the home you are buying or selling.
