Rachel is everything one could hope for in a real estate agent. She went over and above my expectations in a purchase of a condo for my parents. She was prompt in responding to my questions and ensured I was abreast of everything as I was buying from out of province, even going out of her way to do a video call with me while she walked through the condo with my parents .
