Rachel and the team did a fantastic job for us in the purchase of our new home. Rachel was on top of everything that needed to be managed. She communicated well at every step and kept us in the loop - even when we were waiting for things to happen. She made arrangements for inspections and followed up with the inspectors for clarification. She has made sure that our every need has been met (even when we didn’t know we had a need!) and has guided us skillfully and compassionately. The office has also provided excellent information about what we need to do on and before closing.
