Preet has been an exceptional agent and even a better person. He puts in all efforts for you and at the same time shuns you from general nuisance of the other party. I have been dealing with him since last 6 years and I have always gotten a great deal with him. I had even recommended him to 3 of my friends who are all very happy with his service.

I had worked with Preet as my agent for buying my second home and also worked for selling my first home. During both these sales deals, Preet had helped me walk thru various scenarios and issues pertaining to sale. One instance was a case of tenant not vacating the property on time of sale. Preet with his negotiation skills was able to convince my tenant who eventually moved out without a fuzz. Another notable point is about the sale itself. My house was put on sale in the mid 2018 where markets were uncertain and not favorable for seller. Preet did make the sale at a very decent price. Thank you Preet.!

He is really well versed in his field and knows what he is doing. I'll recommend him to anyone without a second thought. He is amazing.
