This is my second time dealing with Preet Brar. We have moved to Ontario from Montreal and he helped us to buy our house in 2017. We had a great experience and that’s the reason we chose him to sell our house and to help us to find a new one. He was very cooperative the whole journey and every time I search a new house he was ready to arrange the visits for showing on the spot, sending me emails, replying to my emails , keeping me updated with the market trend . We were amazed of his prompt action and understand our needs and helped us to select houses according to our budget. At each stage he showed his professionalism, maintaining his calm, advising us and making us understand the market trends. We were flexible in our choice and that helps both of us to work together and support each other in finding one that meets our needs and to sell our existing house and maximize the gain. He sold our house for $132000 over asking price and above our expectations. That was amazing and a great experience again! We are sure to deal with Preet Brar again for our next project .
