The sale of my home this year went very smoothly thanks to Phil.He sat down and talked to me explaining things to me that I did not understand when we first started. <p>Phil is a genius! His business plan worked flawlessly and the property sold exactly according to the one week plan that he outlined/ suggested to us at the start. Open Houses were advertised very effectively and the turnouts were huge! Private showings followed, all with lots of notice to us. Multiple offers were presented on the day of offers. Phil worked his magic with the offering agents and we accepted an offer without subjects that was well above asking price. Phil was always on time for every open or showing, always well organized with paperwork, etc. We couldn't have been happier with Phil as our agent!</p>
