We have had the absolute privilege to work with Phil Legree with five family real estate transactions in the past 3 years. Phil is extremely experienced , knowledgeable, professional, personable. With all our properties, he photographed, videographed, and represented beyond our belief. His price points are exceptional, and bang on. Competitive, but not low, and not high.
