Phil was excellent through the whole process. While we were busy looking at layout, room sizes, yard etc. Phil was pointing out the age of utilities, & roof. The added features, landscaping, drainage. The things we may not notice on first viewing. By the late fall we ran out of listings and decided to hold off till the spring. Phil followed up again as the spring listings rolled out and we were able to secure our new home. Couldn’t be happier with Phil or the new home.
