I have had the pleasure of working with Paul on a few transactions now and He has made them anything but transactional! His ability to read the room understand the issues and maintain a level of compassion and humour helped me when we sold my family home after my father passed. He worked tirelessly with my sister and mother who I am sure were NOT easy to deal with. He sold the home and assisted my mother with the purchase of her condo. Fast forward 10 years later and my mother passed, and my sister still living in the home was finding it a difficult time and Paul once again was the pinnacle of compassion and patience yet at the same time was able to convey the necessary tasks to be done in a way that did not cause pure chaos and meltdowns. We had a sale within weeks and the price was exactly as expected. So, when it came time for my husband and I to sell OUR long time family home we did not hesitate to work with Paul. Even with our geography being a bit of a challenge (we moved to Vancouver Island but maintained our first house as a rental ) so there were many phone calls, zoom calls, messenger chats etc...whatever it took Paul was willing to make the time. Add to the experience his use of Docu Sign - made the whole back and forth SO easy!! Again Paul guided us to making the right choices on repairs, updates and staging - He was encouraging, sensitive but also firm when something "really" needed attending to. His interpersonal skills are amazing. His knowledge of the current market and experience in dealing with buyers (and sellers) allowed us to feel that we were in good hands. He's friendly enough but never was there any question as to his intention, integrity or professionalism... and the proof was two offers... one fell through but the 2nd stuck and as they say, the rest is history. This after only 1.5 weeks on the market. Paul's attention to detail, patience, experience with the market and his connections within the industry - as well as his personal solid reputation make Paul an excellent choice if you are in the market for a realtor. Thanks Paul... you were our realtor.. but now... after 3 sales and numerous years I can count you as a friend.
