Paul was a consummate professional who was very knowledgeable about the process, market and industry. We may not have gone with his recommendation at times but we could really tell how much thought he put into his responses. Paul stays one step ahead so that you never feel like you're stuck in the process. And he genuinely cares that you end up with the house and deal you deserve. If I have one regret, it's that I didn't get to practice more Vietnamese with him!
