Paul is a dedicated professional, focused on bringing in the best offer for our house. His knowledge of the community, and the real estate market was impressive. Paul helped us assess our house and price it realistically and because of that the house sold in two days, going for more than the listed price. Needless to say we were thrilled. Additionally, his skills in marketing needs to be applauded, he certainly was relentless, a skill mush needed to sell a home .
