Alisa and Paul were great to work with during our sale and purchase. This was a more challenging time as our new condo was delayed repeatedly. Working hard to get our dates to align, Alisa and Paul did everything within their control to make it happen! Even when things went sideways, we were assisted every step of the way when our condo was delayed once again! They worked hard with the builders agent to make the transition as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend Alisa and Paul to anyone looking for a reputable, knowledgeable realty team!

Paul has been my agent since 2005 when I purchased my first condo. He & Alisa both helped me in 2016 when I sold my first place, purchased another condo in Langley and again when I sold in 2021. They are professional and helpful with customer's needs and wants. They know what to reccommend for selling your home and listen to what you want when buying. If I hadn't moved out of the area I would definitely use Paul & Alisa again for my real estate needs.

Paul and Alisa helped me purchase my condo in a time where there were multiple interested buyers and out of control bidding wars! Third location Paul got me in early and we closed the deal at the asking price before other prospects could arrive. When I moved in, the previous tenants left damages, Paul arranged to have them repaired the same day (carpet), allowed me to organize my furniture to final inertia. This is not the first time we have used Paul and Alisa for our home buying/selling needs. This time was no different than the other times, Great Personal service, support and suggestions for a quick sale. but this time they sold it in 4 days and we got considerable more than Asking Price! These two are Rock STARS when it comes to Home Selling!

My wife and I had decided that we needed and wanted to downsize from our house. We determined where we wanted to buy however we needed to sell our house first. We knew that during this time the market was up and down. We called on Remax partners Paul Belhumeur and Alisa Larson. They did some pretty incredible research into local selling and prices. They set a price to sell our house that seemed right on. Their Marketing and strategy was most impressive. Within three or four days we had numerous showings and less than a week had several offers. One of which was significantly more that asking. Paul and Alisa made sure all the "T"s" were crossed and the "I"s" were dotted and made sure that we were comfortable with the sale.
